We are ready to gather again this weekend!!

Come and enjoy a night out where we meet to move the body, to breathe and to connect with like minded people.

Here is the flow for the night, though we might be doing something slightly different this time.  Set intentions in Cacao Ceremony, followed by Yoga & Breathwork & then to a peak state with an Ecstatic Dance

We are excited to join forces to create magic with the talented  Nataly  (Hungry Yogi) to bring joyful and playful energy to the night! Our last gathering together was a hit!!
