Cacao Ceremony, Conscious Breathing and Painting! (1)

Join us for a unique experience where we come together to Consciously Breathe and express ourselves through the art of Cacao painting. I invite you to express without any preconceived expectations. Feel free to let your creativity unfold without judgement of the final outcome, embracing the process with the understanding that there is no right or wrong. Allow yourself to be fully present and enjoy the journey.

This experience will start with a Cacao Ceremony, followed by Conscious Breathing, subtle and gentle movements, and finally, the exploration of Cacao painting. All necessary materials, including all Cacao pigments will be provided. You just need to show up with your Yoga Mat and some water.

The venue is a stunning property located in the Memorial Area of Houston, boasting beautiful gardens and massive green space, providing an ideal backdrop for our painting session. Address will be providing upon registration.
