Are there payment plans

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can either pay for the retreat all at once, or you can split the cost into monthly payments leading up to September. The number of installments just depends on when you register. For example, if you sign up in March, the total is divided into 5 monthly payments. If you sign up next month, it will be split into 4 payments, and so on.

Question 2

Is my deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. Your first payment or deposit is not refundable, however, if for some reason you can not make it to the retreat or you decide to cancel, we will return as much as 50% of the payments you have completed once the first payment has been discounted.

Question 3

Can the menu be adapted to our dietary restrictions or allergies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Once you confirm your reservation, we will send you a private questionnaire  or we will call you to understand any allergies, preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free), or dietary restrictions for both of you—ensuring a safe and spectacular culinary experience.

Question 4

What exactly is included in our investment?

Accepted Answer

All your room stays from the night of the 22nd till the night of the 27th. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. All the workshops, activities and our day excursion are included. The transportation from Bogota to Cosmogenesis and vise versa is also included.

Your tickets to Colombia and from Colombia are not included. Any additional hydration or food you order apart from the three meals a day we provide, is not included. If you want a massage, it is not included unless you select the option at the moment of the check out.

Question 5

Do we need prior experience in yoga or breathwork?

Not at all. Our practices are designed for all bodies and all levels of experience. Nata will guide inclusive and restorative yoga sessions focused on releasing travel tension, and while some of them could be more intense, they are easy to adjust to every level of intensity you desire. Sebastián will lead conscious breathing sessions that are for all levels, at the end of it you will have a great understanding of Conscious Breathing as a tool tool to deeply relax the nervous system.

What should we pack? (Climate & Terrain Guide)

The climate in the foothills of Restrepo is tropical—meaning it's generally warm and humid year-round, with plenty of sunshine and occasional rain showers that keep the forest green. Here is a practical breakdown of what to bring:
For the land: Lightweight, breathable clothing and a light rain jacket or poncho. Since we’ll be doing a hands-on project giving back to the land, definitely pack an outfit and some sneakers or boots that you don't mind getting a little muddy or dirty.
For the practices: Comfortable, loose clothing for our daily yoga and meditation sessions, plus a swimsuit for the water elements and just hanging out.
For the evenings: Keep it casual and relaxed. It stays pretty warm at night, but we highly recommend packing some lightweight long-sleeve shirts and pants to comfortably keep the mosquitoes away while we eat and hang out after dark.
(Note: No need to pack a yoga mat or meditation props—we have all of that ready for you here.)

Which airport should I fly into

Accepted Answer

You must fly into El Dorado International Airport in Bogota (BOG), Colombia, arriving on September 22nd . From there, our team will handle all logistics and transportation to Cosmogenesis. We return to Bogota on September 28th.

You can always travel to Bogota before the 22nd and we will pick you up wherever you are to bring you to Cosmogenesis.

Question 8

If I arrive a day or so before the retreat, am I able to come straight to Cosmogenesis and pay for additional days to stay?

Accepted Answer

Yes! For an additional cost of $80-$90 you can book extra nights at Cosmogenesis and purchase food at their restaurant at an additional cost or explore nearby places to eat. This is an exclusive price for our retreat guests, you must let us know ahead of time to book the reservation. Our driver will pick you up from anywhere you are staying in Bogota and bring you over to Cosmogenesis any day and time.

Question 9

How do I get to Cosmogenesis upon arriving to Bogota?

We have a transportation company that will pick up the retreat attendees! Our driver will pick you up from the airport or anywhere you are staying in Bogota and safely bring you to Cosmogenesis. This transportation is included in your retreat price :)

Question 10

Will I be able to get ahold of other retreat attendees to coordinate flights and arrival times?

Accepted Answer

We will be adding you to a Whatsapp group with other attendees so you can coordinate arrival times in case you'd like to meet up before the retreat to explore. We will also have a group call before the retreat to connect.
