This practice, often referred to as Box Breathing, is very balancing and relaxing, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. It promotes a sense of calm and is perfect for relaxation.

A joyful and playful journey to breath love!  

This is a two part breathing practice with deep inhalations and relaxing loving exhalations. There are one minute breath-holds in between every round.

 

This is a balancing and relaxing practice that will allow you deeper states of consciousness, trust the process and try to find a confortable space so you can fully explore a enjoy!

 

We invite you to allow yourself to enjoy this practice that was created for you. Our intension is to gift you a space to relax,  enjoy and connect, so it is now up to you to gift this moment to yourself.
