Paddle and Prana

 

Just 35 minutes from Houston, the rhythm changes. Here, the water marks time, and the city noise fades away.

I have decided to open the doors of my home not to create just another "event" on your calendar, but to offer you the space I personally use to relax and recharge. This is an invitation to an intimate experience—limited to a maximum of 3 people—where there is no rush, no extreme physical demands, and no crowds. It is simply a safe space to allow you to relax with good company, nature, and the breath.

Here is how our morning or sunset unfolds:

☕ Arrive & Ground (Cacao & Intention) Upon arrival, we take time to settle in without rushing. We will share a cup of Cacao (Chocolate) to open the space and chat. It’s the perfect moment to leave the traffic behind and set a clear intention for your day.

 

🎧 Breathe Together Before hitting the water, we tune the body. I will guide you through a Conscious Breathing session (Breathwork for all levels) using wireless headphones. It is an immersive experience: my voice and the music go directly to your ears, helping you calm the mind and prepare your lungs for the natural environment.

 

🚣‍♀️ The Kayak Ride & The River Gallery We walk to the dock and paddle out. The journey is smooth, relaxing, and suitable for any level. What makes this route special is what we see: we will navigate slowly to discover the artwork and sculptures adorning the gardens of the homes neighboring the river. It’s like visiting a floating nature gallery.

 

✨ Water Meditation At the calmest point of the journey, we rest the paddles. We will do a meditation floating in the kayaks, allowing the natural movement of the water to hold us. It is a moment to enjoy the silence and peace of the river before heading home.

Details & Booking

 

Maximum 3 people per experience. 

 

Where: A private residence in Dickinson, TX 77539 (Exact location sent upon confirmation).

 

Duration: We take our time (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours).

 

What to bring: Comfortable clothes and a willingness to disconnect to reconnect. I handle the equipment and the Cacao.

 

Ways to Join Us: You can come solo and meet other seekers of calm, or reserve the full space for you and your favorite people.

His footprint in the Houston community is deep: in the last 4 years, he has produced and facilitated over 200 wellness events, founding disruptive movements like The DMT Force and leading the non-profit organization Sebmillas Foundation.

 

His experience is not limited to Texas; Sebastián has taught workshops internationally, bringing mental health tools from major corporate stages to penitentiary centers in Colombia.

 

With Paddle & Prana, Sebastián pauses the large-scale events to get back to basics: opening the doors of his own home to share, in an intimate and personalized way, the tools that have transformed the lives of thousands.

Behind the calm of the river lies a vibrant career dedicated to human wellness. Sebastián is a multidisciplinary facilitator certified as a Yoga Instructor (200 RYT), Personal Trainer, and Breathwork Specialist.
