Breathwork isn't just about cathartic practices; breathwork refers to various techniques and practices that focus on conscious manipulation of breathing patterns, basically paying attention to the way we breathe by using specific breathing rhythms and techniques. AN OPPORTUNITY we are all given to breathe consciously and influence our body emotionally, physically and mentally. As Andre Smart describes in his book, “Breathwork”: Can you breathe? Can you count to four? You are in! Welcome to the club.
