I prepare Cacao almost every day, and every single time, it tastes different. That is one of the things I love about Cacao, it gives me something different every time, just like each day in life.

The beauty of this experience lies in the absence of expectations. Trust me, the first time can be an experiment, much like the unpredictable nature of life itself. Embrace the surprises it may bring.

You could cook it for 5 minutes with medium/high heat, however avoid boiling it, or you can take the time and cook it for 30+ minutes on a very low heat. It will be very different but the most important thing is that you flow with your day and the amount of time you choose to dedicate to this practice.
